Welcome to Assisted Services
Hello and welcome! First off I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to read my first company blog post. In a world where everyone is so busy, it is great to see that you are willing to give up some time to read something I’ve written. I want to use some of your time to explain exactly what I am hoping to achieve here at Assisted Services and in turn hopefully give you a bit more of an insight into what exactly we offer.
Having spent many years working for different start-ups in the computer gaming industry there has been one common issue that I’ve seen multiple time — Resources. What I mean by that is there is often way too much work and not enough people to do it. A good example of this is content for marketing. Every business now days needs to have some kind of content stream in order to drive sales leads, yet most businesses do not have the time or the talent to build up a sufficient backlog of content. This is where Assisted Services comes in. I am aiming for my company to be the go-to resource for tasks, projects or challenges that you and your business do not have the time to do.
I touched on content but I want to stress that writing blog posts aren’t the only thing we do. You see, Assisted Services is made up of a talented team who are all exceptionally talented with what they do. In time I will introduce them to you which should give you a bit more of an insight into exactly what we are capable of. For now, I will give you a list of the skills and talents myself and my team have and a few questions that should hopefully give you a better idea of if Assisted Services can help.
Product management & marketing — Do you have a struggling product that you are no longer actively managing? Are you stuck trying to launch a social media marketing campaign?
Technical writing — Are you having issues conveying your message to your community? Do you need to revamp your technical and self-help documentation?
Graphic Design — Do you have a graphic concept for your website but not the talent to bring it to life? Can you visualise a 3D design but are unable to find someone who can create the model for you?
Proofreading — Have you written pages of documentation, but have no one to check that it makes sense? Are you trying to translate your website into correct, native English?
Proof of concept — Do you have a design idea that you want to quickly make into a PoC? Have you seen others using 3D printers but have no idea where to start with them?
Personal Assistants — Do you have a number of daily or weekly tasks that you just want to outsource? Have you ever wished you could have someone to filter through all your emails and only forward you very specific ones?
So to summarize, Assisted Services is a group of family and friends who are all working together to help you and your business to succeed. We want to know what your pain points are or if there is a specific project that you think we can take care of. At the end of the day, your success is our success.
